Fast, reliable on-site antenna testing service for IoT or M2M, medical, industrial, and other wireless devices. RF LYNCS provides passive 2D or 3D antenna pattern measurements, antenna gain, and efficiency measurements.

Our near-field antenna test facility is suitable for free-space measurements and next-to-body testing using human-body phantoms. We perform passive antenna measurements, with the active electronics disconnected.

About the Antenna Test System

A selection of CTIA-approved IndexSAR phantoms are available for next-to-body antenna testing and validation.

Antenna Pattern Visualization

Measurement data is available in several formats. Our standard deliverable includes a test report with 2D azimuth and elevation cuts at each test frequency, a 3D radiation-pattern image at the center of each frequency band, and a radiated-efficiency plot. Examples are shown below.

A data file is also provided for use with our open-source 2D and 3D antenna pattern viewer.

RF & Wireless Design Support

Designing wireless devices to meet FCC and CTIA carrier requirements can be challenging. RF LYNCS provides RF and wireless engineering support to complement its antenna-testing services. This includes fault finding, antenna matching, design recommendations, interpretation of FCC and CTIA requirements, and device-preparation guidance to help products move efficiently through formal compliance.
