Project Management

We manage projects through a contract and statement of work. The customer provides an RFQ or description of what they would like to accomplish. A sketch or drawing of the general assembly is very helpful. Next we arrange an introductory meeting to discuss the details. rfLyncs follows up by providing a SOW tailored to meet the customer needs with a sustainable timeline and quotation. This comprises the activities and a milestone for each phase. Progress reports are generated, reviewed against the milestone, and captured with meeting minutes to ensure understanding, transparency, and compliance. Weekly meetings are encouraged to promote collaboration.
