Project Management

RF LYNCS typically begins each project with a request for quotation or a short description of the required work. Product drawings, mechanical layouts, frequency requirements, and available test data are helpful during the initial review.

Following an introductory discussion, we provide a tailored statement of work describing the project scope, deliverables, schedule, milestones, and cost.

Progress is reviewed against the agreed milestones, with clear documentation and regular technical updates. Weekly meetings can be arranged when appropriate to maintain collaboration, transparency, and timely decision-making.

Testimonials

"Steve put together a comprehensive program to compare the performance of multiple wearable antenna designs for one of our medical device products. Our engineering team worked closely through the project to blend their application knowledge with his antenna design and modeling skills. The result was an optimal wearable antenna that met our human factors requirements and significantly improved the performance of our system. His deep RF experience and ability to produce quality reports make Steve an asset to any engineering team working in a regulated environment. We look forward to further collaborations with Steve as we bring this and future products to market."

"Steve, just a note to let you know how pleased I am with the consulting work you've done for us. Like the majority of tech companies, we can't justify a full-time wireless or antenna specialist on staff. We were up against a wall in chasing a range issue. We had gone as far as we could, given our expertise and equipment. I'm glad we found you. You were able to quickly home in on the source of the problem and recommend the most feasible fixes. The results have proven to be dramatic, with performance meeting or exceeding your calculated predictions. It's also been a real pleasure to work with you. Thanks again."
